Q. I did not get my order confirmation. Why?
A.

Order confirmation is sent automatically once the order has been placed. If you do not see your order confirmation in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder. It might have gone to your Spam folder  due to your e-mail filter settings. 

Q. Are items your are selling original and if yes, why are your prices so low?
A.

All of our merchandise is 100% original and brand new. We are not authorized dealer for any of the brands we are selling and consequently we are able to sell below retail price.

Q. I want to pay with my credit card. Why does it keep getting declined?
A.
Please make sure that billing information and phone number corresponds with information your bank has on file. Also, multiple attempts may trigger your bank to decline transaction. If you are not successful in paying with your card through our payment gateway, you can use an option to pay with your card through Paypal. Once on Paypal website, please choose pay with my card. To use this option,you do not need to log in to your PayPal account or to open a Paypal account if you do not have one.
Q. Why was there no invoice in my package?
A.

In an effort to be more environmental friendly, invoice is e-mailed once the order has been processed. Paper invoice can be requested before checkout in order comment field.

Q. What does your warranty cover and can I have it honored in any authorized dealer store?
A.

Our 2 year warranty has the same terms as manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to booklet or our warranty page for additional info. All warranty work has to be done through 12oclock.us.
